Director of Human Resources, Comanche Nation Entertainment
LaTisha Henson serves as the Director of Human Resources at Comanche Nation Entertainment, bringing a commitment to leadership and organizational excellence. Since joining kickstarting her career with Comanche Nation Entertainment in 2004, she has been pivotal in fostering an engaging and productive work environment.
In her role as Director of Human Resources, LaTisha is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including benefits administration, compliance with policies and providing support to team members. She plays a crucial role in setting strategic goals for the human resources department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustaining an inclusive workplace culture.
LaTisha’s journey with the company began in the security department, where she provided armed security within the casino, quickly advancing to Personnel Assistant and subsequently to Assistant Human Resources Manager. Her broad experience across various departments has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s dynamics and operational needs.
LaTisha was promoted to Benefits Administrator and Assistant to the Director of Human Resources before earning her current title. Her extensive responsibilities have included managing key Human Resource initiatives, leading employee relations efforts and implementing effective policies and procedures that support both team members and the organization overall.
As Director of Human Resources, LaTisha remains committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Under her leadership, the human resource department continues to enhance employee satisfaction and drive significant contributions to Comanche Nation Entertainment’s success.
When not leading HR initiatives, LaTisha enjoys volunteering in community outreach programs through the local high school and Comanche Cares, Comanche Nation Entertainment’s community giving initiative. She is also a basketball coach and devotes her time to mentoring and helping local youth.
