The first Comanche Nation Entertainment Golf Tournament, held September 20 at the beautiful Ft. Sill Golf Course, was an absolute success with 36 teams and a great day spent with friends and colleagues.
“We had a better turnout than we could have hoped for,” said Mia Tahdooahnippah, CEO of CNE. “After the past year and a half, an opportunity to enjoy the perfect weather playing golf with friends was long overdue.”
The tournament was hosted by CNE, with platinum sponsor PDS Gaming. CNE executive team members including tournament coordinator Melanie Ahtone, CEO Mia Tahdooahnippah, COO Jack Crane, HR Director Tisha Henson, CFO Steven Doyle and Melissa Harjo and gave players a day to remember, even personally serving lunch on the course so no one had to stop play!
Crane thanked the leadership and staff of Ft. Sill Golf Course for helping to create a memorable event. “The course was in great shape, and the staff made every effort to provide us with top-notch customer service,” he said. “We are already starting to plan the next tournament in September 2022.”
Tahdooahnippah also thanked Bradley Wahnee for his longtime vision of CNE hosting an annual golf tournament. “It’s been his lifelong dream,” she said. Wahnee is a long-time CNE team member and avid golfer.
